Scope of application:
This machine is specially designed for single-color or multi-color silk screen printing on the surface of containers, and it shows strong adaptability to products of diverse shapes. It can handle not only common regular shapes such as round, oval, and square, but also containers with complex irregular structures.
In terms of applicable materials, it covers a wide range of common container substrates, including plastic, glass, and metal. Meanwhile, the machine is compatible with various types of containers in daily production and processing, such as cans, bottles, cups, caps, hard tubes, and other similar common packaging or functional containers.

Machine features:
This equipment is a great achievement built on nearly 30 years of machine design experience and technical accumulation, integrating key production functions such as incoming/outgoing material handling, surface treatment, screen printing and UV curing—realizing seamless connection between each link. Its linear combined module structure allows flexible splicing, enabling an integrated production line of up to 12 colors.
With precision design and manufacturing (core components selected for stability), it achieves reliable electromechanical synchronization and full automation. The man-machine dialogue operation is simple and convenient, supported by a clear touch screen interface for easy parameter adjustment. It also features a new-style incoming/outgoing material mechanism and host safety protection (equipped with emergency stop and anti-collision design) for better safety.
In use, the machine runs stably and efficiently, and can adapt to different shape of containers by quickly replacing dedicated fixtures. It is easy to operate and saves 2-3 manpower compared to traditional setups.
