This equipment is suitable for multi-color UV screen printing, hot stamping, labeling and other decorative processing on round, oval, square and other plastic bottles, applicable to cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles and other products.
 
 
The equipment adopts a highly customizable modular structure and can be connected in a straight line to form a 1-8 color printing machine.
 
 
The core electrical components are sourced from renowned brands, and when combined with an intuitive touch screen and a high-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system, they not only ensure effortless operation but also deliver stable and highly reliable performance throughout long-term use.
 
 
As for the machine’s standard configuration, it comes equipped with a screen printing module and a UV curing module. For enhanced flexibility to meet diverse production needs, the screen printing function can be optionally replaced with hot stamping or labeling functions—allowing for quick and seamless interchangeability.

Applications
 
A servo-driven UV printing equipment with extensive applicability, suitable for screen printing on diverse containers – including square, pigment, chemical, and round containers.
Ideal for printing multi-color thermosetting inks on plastic round, oval, and square bottles/cans (e.g., feed bottles, water bottles).
Featuring servo-driven printing functionality, it enables easy 360° printing via digital control. Modular in design, each module integrates independent screen printing and hot-air surface drying, with linear combination capability to form an 8-color integrated production line.
Post-printing, finished products enter an oven (max temp 120°C) and undergo 10-minute robotic baking for complete curing.
